I periodically cook such a simple soup for my family. It turns out simple, fast and nutritious.
Quail eggs can be safely replaced with chicken eggs. I make soup without broth - on water, but it's a matter of taste, and you can use chicken, beef or other - the dish will become even more satisfying.
To prepare soup with noodles in a multicooker, prepare the products according to the list.
Lightly fry the onions and carrots with the addition of oil on the "Fry" or "Bake" mode.
Then turn off the frying, add the chopped potatoes.
Pour in water, add spices, close the lid and cook on the "Soup" or "Stew" mode for 20 minutes - until the potatoes are ready.
Next, put the noodles and eggs in the soup. If desired, the eggs can be loosened beforehand.
Bring the soup to a boil on the "Fry" mode. Stir, turn off, close the lid and let stand for 10 minutes. During this time, the vermicelli will be cooked.
The soup with noodles in a slow cooker turned out to be light and tasty.
