The veggie chickpea soup is quite light, but very satisfying at the same time!
Canned chickpeas - 1 can (400 g)
Celery stalks - 2 pcs.
Canned tomatoes - 1 can (380 g)
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 wedges
Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Olive oil - to taste
Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp
Allspice - 2-3 pcs.
Ground nutmeg - 1 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste

I really like light soups, without meat. Vegetarian chickpea soup is just that: it is quite light, but at the same time very satisfying. This soup is perfect for lunch both in summer and winter.
Literally half an hour and lunch is ready! It will be great if you have canned chickpeas. If not, just soak the chickpeas overnight and then cook them until tender.
To make a vegetarian chickpea soup, let's prepare the foods according to the list.
Chop the onion, garlic and celery, lightly fry in olive oil.
Then add the chopped bell pepper. Fry for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain the liquid from the jar with chickpeas, put the chickpeas in a saucepan with vegetables. We also send there tomatoes, ginger, allspice and nutmeg. Add water and bring to a boil. We will boil for just a couple of minutes.
Add water to your liking: if you want soup thicker - less water, thinner - more water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Let the soup brew for 10 minutes.
