Great winter soup! Thick, full-bodied, very interesting combination of products!
Dry red beans - 50 g
Round rice - 70g
Bulgarian pepper - 120 g
Carrots - 60 g
Tomatoes in their own juice - 150 g
Tomato paste - 3 tsp
Salt - 0.5 tablespoons
Onions - 90 g
Water - 1 l
Spices to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Fell in love with this soup! For some reason, it has become a kind of synthesis of tastes for me. It seems that this is bean soup, and pickle, and kharcho in one bottle … I liked it very much! The density is especially attractive! I love these dishes!
And I also want to note the "zest" of this tomato soup with red beans and rice is smoked paprika. Not so long ago I acquired such a spice and I'm not overjoyed, I put it in almost all "red" dishes.
Instead of dry beans, I suppose you can take canned beans. And tomatoes in their own juice and fresh bell peppers can be replaced with frozen vegetables.
Red beans, if using dry, soak overnight, then boil for about half an hour until tender. Drain the broth.
At the bottom of the pot, rescue carrots, peeled and coarsely grated, and onions, also peeled and diced.
Add bell peppers, peeled and chopped into small pieces. Fry everything together, stirring occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes.
For tomatoes in their own juice, remove the skin, if any, and cut the pulp into small slices.
Add chopped tomatoes to the fried vegetables.
Cover with boiling water. Add boiled beans, rice and tomato paste, salt and season to taste and after boiling, cook for 20 minutes.
Add chopped herbs to ready-made tomato soup with red beans and rice, if desired. I personally really like dill in this combination, fresh or dried.
Serving hot soup with sour cream! Enjoy your meal!
