Cooking a light vegetable soup. During fasting, such a soup can be cooked in vegetable broth, those who do not fast can cook the soup in meat broth, or use a concentrated broth. Of course, the option of cooking with meat broth is much tastier. But even so, the soup comes out quite balanced in taste.
To make a soup from fresh green peas, let's prepare the products according to the list.
Grate carrots, finely chop onion, garlic and pepper. Lightly fry everything in olive oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Add the potatoes and celery cut into thin cubes. Fry everything for a couple of minutes.
Then the turn of the peas.
Pour water into a saucepan and cook until cooked potatoes and peas.
When the vegetables are ready, add the halved cherry and tomato paste to the pan.
