Simple and quick-to-prepare mashed potato soup with sour cream and caraway seeds - a delicious first course for dinner!

Puree soups have taken root very well in my family. We love tomato, zucchini, cheese, and I also have several recipes for mashed potato soup. One of them is with cream, and the second is with sour cream. Soups vary greatly in taste, although the difference in ingredients is small.
I ate mashed potato soup with sour cream in Germany, the addition of caraway seeds to the soup seemed quite interesting, which gave the soup an unusual pleasant aroma. I propose to cook this simple puree soup with me, I assure you, it is very tasty.
Prepare all the foods on the list.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Put potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water, add 1 tsp. salt. Boil potatoes over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
Punch the finished potatoes together with the liquid into a homogeneous mass with a blender.
In a bowl, mix sour cream and flour.
Add the mixture of sour cream and flour to the potato soup, once again beat everything with a blender. Put the saucepan on the fire and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil. Remove soup from heat immediately.
BE SURE TO STAND NEAR THE SOUP AND Stir so that the soup does not burn!
Powder the caraway seeds in a mortar.
Add caraway seeds to soup, stir. Cover the saucepan with the lid and let the pureed soup steep for 15 minutes before serving.
Serve the finished mashed potato soup with sour cream in portions with white bread croutons.
