Let's make a lean soup with noodles and potatoes. Of course, any pasta is suitable for this option and it is not necessary to use thin vermicelli. You can include any vegetables that are in harmony with each other, you can add mushrooms to the recipe. It all depends on your taste and imagination.

Take the following foods for cooking.

Peel the potatoes and rinse thoroughly. Cut into small random slices. Cut vegetables as you like. We send it to a saucepan, and our saucepan is 3 liters.
