Wonderful vegetable soup! I highly recommend making this simple, low-calorie dish while the ground tomatoes are still on the shelves!
Ingredients
Spaghetti - 150 g

Potatoes - 450 g
Green bell pepper - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Tomatoes - 300 g (two large)
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons
Oregano - 0.5 tsp

To prepare Greek bora-bora soup, you should take ground ripe tomatoes and green bell peppers. I believe that red pepper will also be good in this combination, but nevertheless, it was green pepper that gave a very subtle, subtle peculiar flavor to the dish, so it seems to me that it is worth putting it.
I did not add a lot of spices, such as bay leaves, ground black pepper, but limited myself to a completely small amount of oregano in order to keep the lightness and unobtrusiveness of the buru-borax.
Take friable potatoes.
Oil is definitely better to take extra virgin olive.
At the bottom of a large saucepan, place peeled and diced potatoes and carrots, peeled and diced. Pour boiling water over and cook for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, break the spaghetti into pieces about 5-6 cm long. Rinse the green peppers, peel and cut into strips. Chop one tomato in mashed potatoes, and remove the skin from the other and cut into small slices.
Add chopped tomato to a saucepan, boil for another 10 minutes.
Then add the spaghetti, green pepper, tomato puree, salt, oregano and vegetable oil and cook the soup for another 10 minutes.
On the table, Buru-buru (vegetable and pasta soup) should be served hot immediately after cooking.
