We are preparing a lean, hearty dish - borsch with canned beans.
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 0.5 pcs.
Parsnip root - 1 pc.
Beets - 0.5 pcs.
Unrefined sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons
Tomatoes in their own juice - 0.5 cans
Tomato paste - 3 tablespoons
Canned beans - 1 can
Salt, pepper, sugar - to taste
Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.

Borscht - how much of this sound has merged for the Russian heart, how much it echoes:-) There are a great many borscht recipes! This first dish is cooked in vegetable broth, meat broth, or simply in water.
Today we are preparing borsch with canned beans. I don't add cabbage to such borscht.
Let's prepare products according to the list. The recipe is for a 3 liter pot.
Peel the potatoes, chop and cook.
In the meantime, potatoes are being cooked, let's prepare a dressing for borscht. We cut all the vegetables, fry in sunflower oil.
Then add the canned tomatoes and tomato paste. We simmer everything for a couple of minutes.
When the potatoes are boiled and soft, add the dressing. Boil for about five minutes.
Drain the liquid from the jar of beans, and add the beans to the pan. Boil for a couple of minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste. Let's add a bay leaf.
If the borscht tastes sour (thanks to tomatoes and pasta), adjust the taste with sugar.
Let the borscht with canned beans brew for 10 minutes and serve, sprinkle with herbs.
