A very light soup to taste, and also easy to prepare. Canned beans, you can take any to your taste, I had white. Or pre-soak dry beans and boil them. If you cook soup with vegetable broth, then it will be lean. Chicken broth is best suited. In this recipe, we used a Philips multicooker HD 3039.
For cooking, we need the following ingredients:
Chop the peeled onions into cubes, cut the mushrooms into slices after dry cleaning.
Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and fry the mushrooms and onions. We set the "Fry" mode, the cooking time is 5 minutes, the lid is not closed. After heating, stir the mushrooms periodically.
Pour vegetable or meat broth into a bowl, add potatoes, peeled and cut into soup, and canned beans along with liquid. Salt to taste. Set the "Soup" mode, cooking time 20 minutes. Cooking with the lid closed.
While the soup is boiling, prepare the dumpling dough. Beat the egg with salt, pepper and seasoning. Mix well by adding flour. The dough should be very thick.
When 10 minutes are left before the end of cooking, add the dumplings to the soup. To do this, take 1/4 teaspoon of the dough and put it in the boiling soup near the side of the pan. And also add greens, finely chopped and bay leaves.
