Today I have homemade mushroom soup made from fresh boletus mushrooms for lunch. Oh, and the forest mushroom soups are delicious - light, aromatic. Before the main preparation of the soup, boletus mushrooms are pre-boiled in salted water until tender.
The mushrooms were large, so I cut them into medium pieces before cooking. Next, the mushrooms are boiled in salted water until tender. The readiness of the mushrooms is determined by sinking to the bottom. Boiled mushrooms are reclined in a colander and washed out of mucus.
For the soup from birch bark, in addition to mushrooms, we need to prepare potatoes, carrots and any small soup vermicelli, as well as onions, butter and parsley. Fresh mushroom soup takes on a special flavor with parsley.
