Ingredients
Red beans - 150 g
Bulgarian pepper - 170 g
Tomato - 170 g
Celery (root) - 70 g
Onions - 50 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Smoked paprika - 0.25 tsp
Asafoetida (100%) - 0.25 tsp
Water - 600 ml
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Do you like cream soups? Then the dish will suit your taste! Delicate, pleasant, easy and uncomplicated to prepare.
I liked the red bean puree soup on its own, although I like to put sour cream or rye croutons in such dishes. It is a completely self-sufficient nutritious dish that will be relevant even on fasting days.
Fresh bell peppers and tomatoes can be safely replaced with frozen vegetables.
Smoked paprika and asafoetida will come in very handy and will significantly enrich the taste, so do not neglect them. You can add your favorite spices if you wish.
Fill the beans with clean water for several hours. It should swell.
In a saucepan in vegetable oil, fry the peeled and finely chopped onion and celery root.
Add finely diced pepper and tomato pulp. Cook everything together for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the beans (drain the water and rinse the beans themselves).
Cover with hot water and salt. After boiling, cook for about 30 minutes until the beans are cooked through. Add smoked paprika and asafoetida 5 minutes before cooking.
Set aside a few tablespoons of beans and vegetables and puree the rest into a smooth paste with a blender.
When serving red bean puree soup, add vegetables and some greens to each serving, if desired.
