This delicious, flavorful lean turnip vegetable soup can be an indispensable first course during fasting. It is prepared very simply and quickly enough, while it has a rich taste and a lot of nutrients for our digestion.
Prepare foods from the list. Peel the onions, carrots, potatoes and turnips, wash under running water along with other ingredients.
Heat the refined lean oil in a deep-bottomed saucepan, add chopped onions, carrots and mushrooms. Fry for a couple of minutes until soft.
Pour in boiling water from a kettle. As soon as it boils, add the potatoes cut into small cubes, cook for 10 minutes.
