Delicious cheese mushroom soup made from frozen mushrooms. An easy lunch dish for everyone.
Processed cheese (creamy) - 350 g
Noble mushrooms (frozen) - 150 g
Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
Leeks - 100 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Dill greens - bunch
Salt - 1.5 - 2 teaspoons
Black peppercorns - 5-6 pcs.

If you are tired of soups with meat broth, I recommend trying a delicious and rich soup made from noble mushrooms with melted cheese. It is prepared very quickly, but it turns out to be tender and fragrant.
For mushroom cheese soup, prepare frozen mushrooms. I prefer the noble ones: white, boletus or boletus, although with any other mushrooms it will also turn out very tasty.
Put a saucepan with 2 liters of water on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Put mushrooms in boiling water. Cook for about 15 minutes. If you have dry mushrooms, then you need to cook them a little longer, about 30 minutes. While our broth is boiling, let's take care of vegetables.
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Peel and grate the carrots on a medium-sized grater.
Chop the leek and mash it lightly with your fingers to separate the rings.
Add the potatoes 15 minutes after the start of cooking the mushrooms. Cook for another 10 minutes. Then add carrots and leeks, continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
The next step is to add salt, black peppercorns and melted cream cheese to the soup (stirring spoon by spoon). Mix everything again and cook for literally another 5 minutes.
At the very end, finely chop the dill greens, you can also use any greens to taste.
Place the herbs in a saucepan with cream cheese soup and turn off the heat.
Serve cheese soup with mushrooms is best served with crackers or white bread. I got it very tasty and rich.
