Delicious and hearty lean mushroom mushroom soup with barley. This soup is suitable for all vegetarians every day.
Ingredients
Champignons - 200 g
Pearl barley - 30 g
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Carrots - 1 pc.
Celery - 2 stalks
Ground ginger - 1 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste

I suggest making a light but hearty soup with mushrooms and barley. It is perfect for dieters and fasting people. You can use vegetable broth, or you can cook it just in water.
Mushrooms must be fried in advance in a small amount of sunflower oil. I had small mushrooms, so I put them whole in the soup. If you have large ones, just slice as convenient.
To prepare lean mushroom soup with barley mushrooms, prepare the products according to the list.
Chop the onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Fry in a little sunflower oil.
Add chopped potatoes, washed pearl barley and ground ginger. Add water and cook until cereal is done.
