A traditional garlic chowder that can be enjoyed in any restaurant in the Czech Republic! But it will not be difficult to cook it at home either!
Ingredients

Champignons - 200 g

Cream - 200 ml
Meat broth (chicken) - 300 ml
Burger rolls - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Before my trip to Prague, I read a little about the Czech Republic to decide what to visit, what sights to see, and, of course, I took an interest in Czech cuisine and outlined a couple of dishes that must be tried.
Czech puree garlic soup in bread is delicious! You should definitely try it, moreover, you should try this soup in several different restaurants in order to decide which version of Czech garlic puree soup you like more, because there are a huge number of them all over the country!
I tried two types of soup - with potatoes and with mushrooms. I liked both options, but with mushrooms the garlic chowder (this is what this soup is called in the Czech Republic) turns out to be richer in taste.
Let's prepare all the ingredients for making Czech-style garlic puree soup. It is advisable to take round buns, we did not have such on sale. Olive oil can be replaced with butter (1 tablespoon), then the soup will be even softer in taste.
Let's start the preparation of the puree soup by removing the lids from the rolls with a knife, carefully selecting the crumb from the middle of the rolls.

We spread the rolls on a baking sheet, put bread lids next to it and send the bread to dry for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees C.
Peel three or four cloves of garlic and cover with cream. Send the bowl of garlic and cream to the microwave for 10 minutes at 600 watts. During this time, the garlic will soften and make the cream aromatic. You can just boil the garlic in a saucepan with cream on the fire.
Finely chop the remaining garlic with a knife, chop the onion into small cubes.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan with high sides or into a saucepan, heat it up, and fry the onion and garlic in it until soft and transparent, the onion should not brown.
Remove the film from the champignons and cut the mushrooms into plates.
Add them to the onion and garlic in a skillet and fry for another 6-8 minutes.
Pour chicken broth into the pan.
If you have unsalted broth, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cook the garlic puree soup for 15 minutes. Then add garlic in cream to it.
At the very end, add the bread crumb and mix the soup well, do not let it boil, only warm it up for 5-6 minutes.
Remove the finished soup from the heat. Let it cool for literally 3-4 minutes and pour into a blender. We break through the soup in mashed potatoes.
Pour the garlic puree soup into bread plates and serve.
Flavored Czech garlic soup in bread will not leave anyone indifferent. After the soup is eaten, bread plates soaked in garlic soup are very healthy to eat.
