If you like mushrooms, then you will certainly love the mushroom soup with cream. The soup is very tender, nourishing and aromatic. If you take forest mushrooms, then you don't need to add any bright spices, the taste of mushrooms and the tenderness of cream perfectly complement each other, I added only a little garlic.
To make creamy mushroom soup, take the food listed. I forgot to put potatoes, and you are going to take 2-3 medium potatoes. I have mushrooms - forest, frozen (boletus and aspen).
Mushroom soup with cream can be cooked in water, but it tastes even better with chicken broth. We set to cook a piece of chicken, and in the meantime we will take care of vegetables and mushrooms. Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Add garlic to onions and carrots, save vegetables in a little oil.
