Chicken thigh - 2 pcs.
Champignons - 200 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 3 pcs.

Mushroom soups are a delicious and beloved first course. If you want to diversify your diet, try making mushroom soup with champignons in chicken broth, delight your family with a delicious, aromatic hot soup for lunch.
To make mushroom soup with chicken broth, take the foods listed. Vegetables need to be peeled, washed, mushrooms must be cleaned with a stiff kitchen brush.
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, fill them with a little water, place them on the stove and cook in slightly salted water for 20 minutes. Remember to remove the foam.
After a while, add the laurel and cook the broth for another 10-15 minutes.
