Gruzdyanka is a traditional Russian dish. The main ingredients of the milk mushroom soup are milk mushrooms, combined with boiled potatoes, onions and herbs. Its popularity was primarily due to the availability of ingredients, since traditionally mushrooms were included in the main diet of villagers in Russia.
This is a very simple soup that has a distinct flavor. In addition, you can change the proportions indicated in the list of ingredients at your discretion. I took a 1.5 liter pan - it turned out a little thick, you can take a 2 liter pan. It will be just right.
We will prepare everything you need: water, potatoes, carrots, onions, sunflower oil, salt and salted milk mushrooms, as well as sour cream and herbs.
Peel the potatoes, cut into strips and cook in salted water. Dice the onion and fry in a pan, add carrots grated on a coarse grater and … milk mushrooms to the onion. They must first be washed and cut into cubes.
