Ingredients

Dried mushrooms - 50 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Potatoes - 5 pcs.

Butter - 1.5 tbsp.

Bay leaf - 2 pcs.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Greens - 10 g

Sour cream - to taste

Water - 1.5 l

Would you like to learn how to cook a delicious mushroom soup from dried mushrooms in a slow cooker? The recipe is very simple, but the result is an incredibly aromatic, rich, nutritious soup. The advantage of dried mushrooms is their longer shelf life and flavor. Dishes made from dried mushrooms can be enjoyed not only in summer, but all year round.

I prepare products according to the list.

I wash the dried mushrooms and soak them in cold water for about an hour.

I clean the vegetables too.

I cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Dice the onions.

I rub the carrots on a coarse grater.

Add butter and chopped onions to the multicooker bowl. I turn on the "Browning" mode for 15 minutes. Stirring, fry the onion.

Then I add the grated carrots.

Stirring occasionally, I fry the vegetables a little more.

I add mushrooms to the multicooker bowl along with the water in which they were soaked, chopped potatoes, bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste.

Then I add more water to the desired consistency.

I close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the Soup mode for one hour.
