I would like to suggest a delicious first course that cooks very quickly. The result is simply amazing, at least my family ate a whole saucepan in one sitting.
For mushroom soup, you can use both fresh and dried mushrooms. Forest mushrooms are much more fragrant, but if you didn't have any, it doesn't matter. You can make a mushroom soup from fresh champignons.
Let's prepare products according to the list.
Pour water into a saucepan and put on fire. Bring to a boil.
Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Add onion. Fry until soft. It's not scary if it gets a little browned.
Rinse the mushrooms. Peel. Cut randomly into small slices including the legs. Add mushrooms to onions and stir. Fry over medium heat until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Add wheat flour. Stir. Fry for about three minutes.
Add mushrooms to boiling water. Stir. Bring to a boil. Cook for about five minutes. Season with spices if necessary.
The mushroom soup is ready. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve, always with crackers and sour cream.
