An excellent recipe for mushroom soup made from frozen mushrooms in accordance with GOST.
Ingredients
Forest mushrooms (frozen) - 270 g
Onions - 100 g
Pickled cucumbers - 120 g
Tomato puree - 50 g
Mushroom broth - 1000 ml.
For filing:
Sour cream - 60 g
Olives - 50 g
Capers (or olives) - 40 g

Solyanka according to GOST or, more precisely, according to recipe No. 697 for catering establishments is a rich broth with mushrooms, cucumbers and onions, which is accompanied by sour cream, olives and capers when served.
The table shows three options, where in the odd columns the gross mass, and in the even ones - the net mass.
Prepare ingredients that can be rounded up for home use.
Chop the onion into cubes.
Darken the onion in butter, adding tomato puree (or ketchup) while simmering.
Cut pickled cucumbers into cubes.
Throw the mushroom pieces into the boiling mushroom broth, followed by the onions and cucumbers.
Cook the hodgepodge until the mushrooms are ready.
