Soups made from mushrooms of a thick consistency are very tasty, for example, whole pieces of mushrooms, and the broth itself in the form of a homogeneous puree. Soups based on potato or cheese are common, but mushroom soup with beans is no less tasty … You can prepare such a soup both in the usual way and in a slow cooker.
Any mushrooms are suitable: fresh forest, frozen forest or champignons.
Prepare the ingredients for the mushroom soup
If you use non-canned beans, then dry beans must first be soaked (for example, overnight), and then cooked until soft. You can entrust this operation to a multicooker on the "beans" mode or another suitable one.
Chop the onion finely and sauté it in olive oil in frying or baking mode.
Then add the mushroom pieces and simmer everything together for a couple of minutes. Match spices to your liking, such as rosemary or thyme, etc.
Pour in water, milk and mashed cooked beans.
Add the cream cheese slices and set the soup or simmer for 1 hour.
