Delicious, aromatic and light soup.
Ingredients
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Dry mushrooms (white) - 30 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Canned beans - 250 g
Refined sunflower oil - 3 tablespoons
Water
Saucepan for 2-2.5 liters.

Every year from vacation I bring dry mushrooms. I try to make them porcini mushrooms. And then for a whole year - until the next vacation - they save them. When the time comes to fly again, I begin to actively use the mushrooms brought a year ago.
This year was no exception. But what was my disappointment when I boiled mushrooms and it turned out that they were wormy. Worms, of course, are not fresh, also in dried form. But, you see, it's unpleasant. This, by the way, happens often …
Therefore, I strained the finished broth, and had to throw away the mushrooms … I added frozen champignons to the soup. The taste of the finished dish did not suffer: after all, the main thing here is mushroom broth!
Recently, I have not soaked dry mushrooms, but immediately cook. I fill it with water and cook for 10-15 minutes. I don't see the point of cooking any longer.
Be sure to filter the finished broth through an absorbent material several times.
So, to make bean-mushroom soup, boil the mushrooms in advance, strain the broth, and cut the mushrooms (if you are more fortunate than me) into small pieces.
Chop potatoes at random, add mushroom broth and water.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the dressing.
Cut vegetables at random, add mushrooms and fry everything, stirring occasionally, for a couple of minutes.
Add the dressing to the saucepan, put the beans there (drain the liquid).
Boil everything for a few minutes.
Then add salt and pepper.
Remove the pan from heat.
Add the finely grated garlic.
Soup with canned beans and dry mushrooms is ready.
Serve right there.
