There are many ways to make mushroom soups. I suggest making a simple and delicious mushroom soup from frozen mushrooms in a slow cooker.
We will prepare all the necessary products. I will cook mushroom soup from frozen forest mushrooms in a Redmond RMC-250 multicooker (bowl volume - 4 liters).
Pour a little oil on the bottom of the bowl, add finely chopped onions and grated carrots. We turn on the "Fry" program. Fry onions with carrots for 7-10 minutes.
Defrost the frozen mushrooms in advance, squeeze out excess moisture, cut into pieces (if necessary) and put in a bowl, mix. Turn on the "Fry" program again, fry for 7-10 minutes.
