It is always nice to go to the forest in autumn, prepare mushrooms in different forms, and use them in the preparation of delicious homemade dishes in winter. I decided to cook this mushroom soup with various mushrooms, which I myself prepared. Dried, frozen boiled forest and salted mushrooms were used. The soup turned out to be very tasty, with a good broth and a pleasant mushroom aroma.

Prepare dried mushrooms, rinse them by changing the water several times.

If you want to cook the soup faster, then the dried mushrooms must be soaked in cold water in advance, and then boil in the same water. And if you did not have time to do this, then put the washed mushrooms in a saucepan, cover with cold water and set to cook for about 1 hour.

After about 1 hour, remove the mushrooms from the pan, chop them finely, put in a pan, add finely chopped onions, vegetable oil and tomato paste, fry until tender.

While the mushrooms are fried with onions and tomato paste, put potatoes in the mushroom broth.

After the potatoes, send the defrosted boiled forest mushrooms to the pan.

Then add the whole salted mushrooms, you do not need to cut them.

Put the fried mixture from the pan into a saucepan, add bay leaves, salt and pepper. Cook the soup for another 30 minutes.

Turn off the heat, the mushroom soup is ready. Let the soup steep for 10 minutes.
