I would like to bring to your attention a very easy-to-prepare milk soup with mushrooms. The dish turns out to be tasty, satisfying and low in calories. This is a great first course for a family meal any day of the week. If you like milk soups, then you will definitely like this one.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make milk mushroom soup. Peel potatoes, onions, garlic and carrots, wash under running water along with mushrooms and herbs.
Heat a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in some lean refined oil, put chopped onions and carrots in it, fry for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
Pour in hot water from a kettle, bring to a boil, add the diced potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes.
Cut the champignons into small cubes, add to the soup, put the crushed garlic clove. Cook for another 5 minutes.
