Peel the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Send to a pot of boiling water and simmer over medium heat.
After about 20 minutes add the quinoa. Before this, the cereal must be rinsed in several waters.
Chop the onion finely and simmer in refined vegetable oil, lightly salt.
Add the onion almost next to the quinoa and cook the soup until tender. Add salt to taste.
