Prepare foods for making mushroom soup with coconut milk.

Peel the onion, cut into strips or half rings. Put the onion in a preheated pan greased with olive oil, sauté over medium heat for 3 minutes until soft.

Wash the mushrooms, cut into medium segments of any shape, throw over the onion.

Fry the mushrooms with the onion for 5 minutes - until the juice evaporates, salt and pepper.
