Step by step recipe with photo

Prepare the ingredients for the spinach mushroom soup. Wash the mushrooms and spinach immediately. Boil 1.5-1.7 liters of water in a saucepan.

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices or cubes. Keep in mind that they will decrease significantly in size in the soup.

Peel the onion and chop into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a fine or coarse grater.

Fry the onions and carrots in hot vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes, stirring with a spatula. Put the finished frying in boiling water.

Next, fry the mushrooms or other mushrooms on a spoonful of vegetable oil (or in a dry frying pan) for 5-6 minutes. This product also needs to be stirred. After the indicated time, transfer the soft ruddy mushrooms to a saucepan.

Wash the peeled potatoes and cut into strips (cubes), put in boiling water. Season with salt and spices to taste. Boil the soup for 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
