A very good recipe for broccoli cabbage puree cheese soup with chicken and cream.
Broccoli cabbage - 500 g
Chicken breast - 200 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Cream (10%) - 150 ml.
Processed cheese - 150 g

Broccoli cabbage is famous for its high content of vitamins and microelements, so it is recommended for use for the prevention of many different diseases. Recently I have already posted a recipe for broccoli in batter on the site, and this time I want to share a recipe for mashed broccoli soup from this cabbage. Preparing such a soup is very simple, it took me no more than 1 hour to cook it, but the whole family was delighted. So let's get started.
Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, put the breast and put on fire. When the water begins to boil, remove the foam, then reduce the heat, cover and leave to cook for 20 minutes.
When the chicken breast is ready, remove it from the broth. Wash broccoli cabbage with cool water and divide into inflorescences. Put broccoli in chicken broth, put on fire and cook for 15 minutes after boiling.
As a result, I got boiled: broccoli and chicken breast, which I split into medium-sized pieces for further processing.
Chop the onions finely, grate the carrots.
Fry the carrots with onions in a pan, about 5 minutes.
Grind broccoli cabbage with a blender until finely dispersed mass.
Grind the fried vegetables in a blender with chicken.
Put the broth on the fire and put broccoli chopped in a blender, chicken and roast in it. Bring the entire mixture to a boil, stirring with a whisk.
Pour in 150 ml of cream, continue stirring.
Add the melted cheese spoon by spoon. Before putting the next spoon, try to dissolve the previous one in the soup. I got about 6-7 spoons. After we have added the cheese, cook, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the finished broccoli cream soup into bowls and garnish with dill. Also add croutons to the soup, if you have any. Very tasty and healthy!
