To make a soup with melted cheese and noodles, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the recipe list.
Peel the vegetables and wash them. Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Fry the vegetables until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, just larger, and place them for frying.
Pour the contents of the pan with water. To shorten the cooking time, you can immediately use boiling water.
Put the cooking pot over the fire and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add vermicelli.
