Cheese soup can be prepared with mushrooms, sausages, or meat products. At the same time, the taste of the first course changes slightly, but it will always be at the highest level. Today we are making cheese soup with bacon. Before adding it to the soup, bacon must be fried in oil in a pan, so it fully reveals its smoked taste. The soup is complemented by pasta, it can be noodles, horns, noodles or another type of pasta to choose from. The soup turns out to be very tender, has a creamy taste due to curd cheese and a smoked smell due to bacon.

Peel the potato tubers, rinse, cut into cubes.

Remove the top layer from the carrots, chop the vegetable on a fine grater.

Put a saucepan of a suitable size on the fire, pour in water, boil, salt, then place the potato pieces inside. After boiling, remove the foam on the surface of the liquid, reduce the heat. After about 5 minutes, add the carrots.

Chop the onion finely. Cut the bacon into strips, put in a preheated oil pan, fry for 2 minutes with onions.

Grate soft curds.

Add the cheese to the saucepan when the potatoes are tender.

After the cheese, add bacon and onion to the soup, stir.

Add the vermicelli last. After laying the vermicelli, you do not need to cook the soup for a long time, otherwise it will boil down, it is enough to bring the broth to the boil.
