Puree soup with pumpkin and croutons is a simple, tasty and very healthy dish. It can be attributed to vegetarian cuisine as well as dietary and baby food. Delicate, creamy, aromatic, it can diversify your menu, enriching it with vitamins and minerals in the winter season.
To prepare such a soup, take the following products: pumpkin, carrots, onions, potatoes, garlic, cream, sunflower oil, crackers, salt and pepper.
Chop the onion, put in a pan with sunflower oil and simmer slightly.
We clean the pumpkin and carrots, wash and chop. It is better to take a pumpkin that is not very sweet.
We clean, wash and chop the potatoes.
Put chopped pumpkin, carrots, potatoes and fried onions in a saucepan.

Cook vegetables until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Place the chopped garlic.
