Champignons - 300 g

Potatoes - 400 g

A very tender, and at the same time tasty and satisfying soup-puree, you can make mushrooms and a small amount of potatoes. Everyone in our family loves him, from young to old. Like many other creamy soups, it is best served with croutons, sour cream or cream. Garnish with herbs when serving.

Cut white bread up and down, into cubes.
