I suggest making a delicious bean puree soup and having a hearty lunch, and maybe dinner. I love bean soups very much. I used to cook very rarely, since it takes a lot of time. With the purchase of a multi-cooker, it has become much faster to cook such a soup.

Rinse the beans well and soak for several hours, maybe even overnight.
If you are using a multicooker-pressure cooker, then place the beans in the bowl, fill with water. Close the lid and run the Braising / Legumes program for 40 minutes. You focus on your technique. On a gas stove, the cooking time increases. Cook until soft.
