Light, beautiful, aromatic creamy pea soup can be prepared in just 20 minutes! To do this, instead of the usual yellow ripe peas, take green peas. It can be both fresh and frozen, this will not affect the quality of the soup. And yet, you can put potatoes in the soup, or you can do without it, there is garlic as an option in the cream soup. But croutons for cream soup are a necessary tasty addition.

If you are a lover of cream soups, you will love this soup. Peas are an excellent source of vegetable protein; the soup is nutritious and rich. You can cook creamy pea soup with any broth, I prefer to cook the soup with vegetable broth. The addition of cream will add creaminess to the creamy soup.

I prepare a vegetable broth from vegetable bouillon cubes, I put 2 cubes in 1 liter of water to make the soup rich. In my case, there is no need to put salt, the cube contains salt. We also add ground black pepper, literally a pinch. You can cook the vegetable broth in your usual and favorite way.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into very small cubes. Cut the onion into small cubes as well.
