Puree soups are thick soups made from grated vegetables, meat, mushrooms, fish. They are often used in health food. Such soups are cooked in vegetable, meat broth, or simply in water.
The soup that I want to offer you is perfect for vegetarians and those who are on a medically indicated diet.
Of course, it will be great if you have the chickpeas ready-made, canned. If not, just boil it first. It takes a long time to cook, just like peas, for example.
To make tomato puree soup with chickpeas, we will prepare the products according to the list.
Cut into cubes and fry the bell peppers (I have it frozen for 1 photo). And while it is fried, crush garlic and ground coriander in a mortar. The mixture will be very fragrant!
Put the tomatoes in their own juice to the fried sweet peppers, the chickpeas (if it is canned, add the liquid! Drain the water from the cooked one too) and a fragrant mixture of garlic and coriander. Add broth or concentrated broth (like mine), which we dilute with water. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
During this time, the soup will become slightly thick. Salt it, pepper it to taste.
