A delicious recipe for broccoli and spinach puree soup, in chicken broth or water.
Broccoli - 400-500 g
Spinach optional - 150-200 g

Cream soups can be completely homogeneous when all the ingredients are ground into a creamy mass, as well as with added whole pieces of any ingredients to them when serving. For example, in cream broccoli soup, blue or other cheese to taste or pieces of chicken meat, as well as both of these ingredients together, are great.
Broccoli is suitable fresh or frozen, the addition of spinach makes the soup even healthier and richer in color.
Prepare the ingredients:
Cook chicken broth. To do this, pour boiling water over the chicken pieces, bring to a boil and drain the water. Pour hot water again, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 40-45 minutes, adding salt and spices.
Then strain the broth, and the chicken meat is separated from the bones and cut into pieces.
Bring the broth to a boil and add broccoli inflorescences into it, cook until tender.
Simmer the onions and garlic in vegetable oil over medium heat for five minutes.
Add spinach and simmer everything together for a couple of minutes.
