Cold sorrel, a Belarusian cuisine dish that is very reminiscent of okroshka and beetroot. It is perfect for a hot summer day and will not only refresh, but also benefit your body.
Ingredients
Sorrel - 1 bunch
Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Radish - 5-10 pcs.
Eggs - 3-4 pcs.
Dill, parsley - a small bunch
Green onions - a small bunch
Sour cream - 200 g
Water - 1.5 l
Salt to taste
Sugar - 0.5 tsp.

Products for the preparation of a fridge with sorrel and sour cream.
Place a pot of water on a fire. While the water is boiling, rinse and chop up the sorrel.
Place the sorrel in boiling water and boil it for 5 minutes. Set aside the pan from heat and let cool. When the broth has cooled down, start cutting vegetables, herbs and eggs.
Cut the radish into slices and halves.
Slice the cucumbers as well.
Boil eggs hard-boiled. Separate the yolks from the whites. You can save 1 egg to decorate the fridge.
Cut the squirrels into cubes.
Mix the yolks with sour cream, salt and sugar. Rub.
Chop the greens.
Chop the green onion finely.
Place all vegetables, egg whites, and herbs in a saucepan with sorrel. Add sour cream with yolks. Stir everything well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pour the sorrel fridge into bowls and garnish with herbs and half an egg. Serve cold.
