Smoked chicken - 100 g

Okroshka is a multinational dish, and no matter how it is called in reality, it doesn't get any worse. For example, in Uzbekistan, it is customary to cook light okroshka-chalop, without potatoes and eggs, the composition contains only different greens and a fermented milk base, usually katyk (sour milk).
I propose to cook okroshka also in a light version, without potatoes, but with eggs and smoked chicken.
To cook okroshka on kefir with smoked chicken (without potatoes), we need all the products on the list. The amount, in general, is arbitrary and depends on what density you prefer. The presence of fresh herbs is encouraged, the more varied, the better. I have some cilantro, dill and a couple of lettuce leaves here. Put what you love. Green onions are required, I also add half a clove of garlic not for taste, but for aroma, but it is better if it is a pair of green garlic feathers.
The first step is to chop all the available greens. Chop the garlic.
Put the herbs in a saucepan, sprinkle with salt and grind with a crush until juice appears. This is done so that tough pieces of onion do not fall on the clove, and the okroshka is aromatic and fragrant. This way the greens combine better with all the ingredients.
Chop fresh cucumber and radish finely. Add to the pan to the herbs.
Grind the smoked chicken. Add to the pan.
Finely chop the boiled eggs and send the same one. Pour everything with kefir. Stir mustard powder in a small amount of kefir and also add to okroshka. Pour in cold boiled water until the desired thickness.
Stir so that the salt dissolves well. Add citric acid to taste so that okroshka is slightly sour. Let it brew for a few minutes in the refrigerator.
Before serving okroshka on kefir with smoked chicken and without potatoes, be sure to stir well. Who likes, you can add sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
