We were looking forward to the strawberry harvest. Last year, in the fall, they decided to transplant young bushes and did not hope for a high harvest this summer. Fortunately, our fears were left behind. The harvest will be excellent - this means that strawberry dishes should not be transferred to the table. The berry, rich in vitamins, fiber, macro- and microelements, is always with us.

Here she is a beautiful strawberry growing in the garden. So it begs in the mouth. We are going to collect the first-borns and prepare the most delicious berry and cream soup - a cold chill with strawberries. Strawberry milk soup is a favorite children's dish in our family.

Freshly picked strawberries must be washed off the ground. In the process of watering, willy-nilly, it falls on the berries. Dry on a towel.

We prepare the rest of the products from the list. Sour cream is served - at will.

We select super ripe strawberries. We release from the stalks.

Cut the small one in half and divide the large one into four parts. We put it in a serving plate or bowl.

Sprinkle with sugar.
