Cold soups are especially popular on hot summer days. Okroshka is rightfully considered a favorite among such soups, there are a great many options for it. In my family, okroshka is simply irreplaceable in the summer, but still we have our own preferences, although experiments are also welcome. Recently I tried adding tomatoes to okroshka and was pleasantly surprised. Now sometimes I cook okroshka with tomatoes and whey for a change. I would also like to share this option with you.
Cut the tomato and cucumber into small cubes. The tomato should be taken dense so that the cubes keep their shape well. Also chop the sausage.
Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and also cut into cubes.
Chop green onions and dill, add them to a saucepan.
Add sour cream, salt, pepper and stir the contents of the pan.
