Okroshka on kvass with boiled sausage and bell pepper will greatly delight your loved ones in the summer heat!

Summer has come, and so I want to freshen up at lunchtime with cooked okroshka - it will saturate, and please, and cool! Of course, okroshka on kvass with sausage is prepared faster and easier than other cold soups with meat or offal, but there is one thing … In hot summer it is very difficult to find radishes, so I replaced it with bell pepper - it turned out juicy and original!
Even a schoolboy can cope with cooking okroshka on kvass with sausage and bell pepper, especially if you boil potatoes in the skin and chicken eggs for 20 minutes in advance: you can do it together, or you can separately. I prefer to use dark kvass - its tart-sweet taste goes well with the rest of the ingredients.
So, let's prepare all the products and start cooking!
Rinse the young cucumbers in water, cut off the tails on both sides of each vegetable and cut them into cubes, pouring them into a deep container: a bowl, plate or dish. If the cucumbers are large, then it is better to cut off the peel from them so that it does not taste bitter in the soup.
Peel the cooled boiled potatoes and also cut them into cubes.
It's the turn of boiled sausage (boiled sausage is the name, not the product obtained as a result of cooking), we also cut it into medium cubes, adding to the container, without forgetting to peel it.
Peel the bell peppers from seeds and rinse in water, and then cut into cubes.
Peel the cooled chicken egg and rinse it in water. Cut into cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Add salt, spices to taste and fill the slices with cold dark kvass - it will sizzle and foam.
You can add greens as desired: dill, parsley, celery, etc. Immediately serve okroshka with sausage to the table. If you suddenly gape, add ice to cool it down.
