When I read it, there were doubts about the taste, and not only among me, but also among the household (I read aloud). I hatched the recipe for a long time and now I decided … I will share with you, but now a few words about the taste …
The taste is gorgeous, despite the composition, although if you look at it, and the composition is excellent, it is simply unusual for us. Hearing the word "Okroshka", we immediately imagine a sausage, egg, potatoes, kvass. But in this recipe, everything is different! Only kvass!
Okroshka without potatoes turns out to be hearty, meaty, with a pleasant taste and a refreshing effect. If you are in doubt, but want to - cook boldly, you will be satisfied.
Prepare the required ingredients.
Cut pickled or fresh cucumbers into strips. Remove the seeds from the plums and cut into several pieces.
Finely chop the washed green onions.
Combine everything in one bowl and "rub down with a spoon", that is, crush. This is necessary in order for the ingredients to quickly release their aroma.
The next step is cooking the meat. Here the choice was great: meat of tetrapods, poultry or wild poultry was used (the best was the meat of turkey or black grouse). The meat left over from the evening meal was used, fried. If the meat is on the bone, then it must be cut and "fractionally" cut, that is, finely.
Combine meat with other ingredients. Pour in the cucumber pickle.
