Many beloved okroshka belongs to such refreshing dishes.
Each housewife has her own favorite recipe, someone cooks okroshka with kvass, someone with whey. I propose to cook okroshka on kefir and mineral water, and instead of the usual boiled sausage for okroshka, take beef sausages, the rest of the set of products is traditional, these are vegetables and herbs.

For okroshka, we need to boil potatoes and chicken eggs. You can cook them in one container, only you first need to wash the potato tubers well. Fill everything with cold water, cook for 8 minutes after boiling, take out the eggs, and salt the water and cook the potatoes until tender.
