Serum okroshka with kefir or sour cream is an unusual reading of an old dish. We do not chop the ingredients, but grate them!
Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
Chicken egg - 4 pcs.
Cucumbers - 3-5 pcs.
Basturma - 150 g
Salt to taste
Serum - 1 l
Kefir or sour cream - to taste
Green onions - 4 pcs.
Dill, parsley - 4 branches each

I tried okroshka with basturma once in one of the restaurants in Russia. It was very tasty!!! It seems like an ordinary okroshka, but, firstly, it is with BASTURMA !!! Secondly, the contents of okroshka were not diced, as we used to do, but grated on a coarse grater. It turned out very tender, very tasty!
If you boil eggs and potatoes in advance, then it will take you fifteen minutes to cook okroshka with basturma, no more. But it will be great if such okroshka stays in the refrigerator overnight. The basturma will soften a little and will very harmoniously fit into the overall taste of the dish.
I bake potatoes in the oven in foil: very convenient. Please note that there is no radish in the composition: I do not like it in okroshka. If you like with radishes, no one will scold you if you add it there.
The whey I have left from making homemade cottage cheese, but I know that in Russia, as well as in Ukraine, Belarus they sell ready-made whey - you can take it.
Adjust the degree of density of okroshka yourself. I had almost 1 liter of whey and 500 ml of kefir: the okroshka turned out to be quite thick. If desired, serve sour cream with okroshka, and mustard is an obligatory item when serving.
To prepare okroshka on whey with basturma, prepare the products according to the list.
Grate cucumbers and potatoes on a coarse grater.
Then - eggs, which also need to be grated on a coarse grater.
Cut the basturma into small strips and send to the pan.
Add chopped herbs, whey and kefir (sour cream).
Season with salt to taste. Stir.
Okroshka on whey with basturma is ready.
Chill and serve.
