Okroshka has a very strong trump card - because of the large number of cooking options, it never gets boring. If you want - cook okroshka with sausage or ham, if you want - with chicken or other type of meat. Various products can also be used as a liquid base. Today we are preparing okroshka, which includes both classic notes and a completely unexpected component - shrimp. Okroshka with shrimps has an interesting and unusual taste. To see this, just cook it.
Boil the peeled potatoes first. The cooking time for potatoes depends on the size of the tubers, as well as on the variety of the fruit. The main thing is not to overcook the potatoes, so that when slicing, they do not turn into mashed potatoes. After cooking, cool the potatoes completely, remove the skin, cut the pulp into medium-sized cubes.
Also boil the eggs in advance until they are "hard boiled", cool them, peel off the shells, and cut them like potatoes.
Rinse cucumbers, cut into strips or cubes (optional). If the skin of the cucumber is bitter, then it is better to peel it off.
Rinse the arrows of green onions, cut into circles.
Load all prepared ingredients into a saucepan. Boil the shrimp in salted water beforehand. The cooking time for unpeeled shrimp is 2 minutes. After that, cool them completely, peel off the shell, tear off the head and tail, leaving only the meat. Throw prepared shrimps to the main composition.
Add sour cream, fill the mixture with water (you can soda), mix well so that the sour cream is evenly distributed over the liquid. Bring the okroshka with shrimp to the desired taste by adding salt, squeezing the juice from the lemon.
