For me, sour cabbage soup is always a broth on pork, although many prefer to cook exclusively from beef or other more dietary types of meat. Well, I really like the combination of sauerkraut with pork, and even with fat. I propose to cook this soup in a multicooker, pre-frying of products for the cabbage soup is not required, so everything is very simple and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for making sour cabbage soup (see photo)

Put peeled potatoes and whole onions in a saucepan, add meat.

We also put cabbage, bay leaf, pepper, a little salt. If the cabbage is very sour, then it should be pre-washed. Add water to the level of 1.5 liters. It is good to add parsley root, celery. I don't put the carrots separately, because they are already in the cabbage, but if you wish, you can add more.

We close the lid and turn on the "multi-cook" mode under pressure at a temperature of 100 degrees for 25 minutes.

In this mode, everything was perfectly prepared for me without unnecessary hassle. We take the onion out of the soup, it has given up its flavor and is no longer needed, we knead the potatoes with a fork. Add garlic and herbs to the cabbage soup, add salt if necessary, it is good to leave the dish for a while on heating to brew.
