The dish that I want to bring to your attention is quite simple to prepare and not expensive.
Cauliflower can be taken frozen, if not fresh. You do not need to defrost it first, because it will cook.
Take sour cream of any fat content. To reduce calories, you can use thick yogurt.
With regards to cheese, here take whatever you like. I like mozzarella.
The baked cauliflower with sour cream can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish. It tastes good both warm and chilled.
To cook cauliflower with sour cream in the oven, prepare the products according to the list.
Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, fill with water and cook for three minutes from the moment of boiling.
You can cook for longer, until soft. I like it better to keep it firm enough.
