I suggest making a delicious potato roll with mushrooms. This dish can be either main or as an appetizer. Now a post, so I dare to offer you a lean version.
To prepare a roll, we need fresh mushrooms, onions, carrots, starch, sunflower oil, a little semolina and salt to taste.
Grate the carrots, dice the mushrooms and onion. Fry onions in sunflower oil, add carrots and mushrooms.
Then add semolina and stir. Due to the semolina, the filling will hold better in the roll.
Boil the potatoes, mash them with a puree press and add the starch, stir.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the potato dough about 1 cm thick.
Put the filling on top.
Wrap the roll with parchment. Try to do these manipulations while the dough is warm, otherwise it starts to break.
Grease the top of the roll with sunflower oil, sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into portions.
